Refund and cancellation policy

Winter Arc 90 is a digital product that is delivered immediately after payment, so sales are final once your access has been delivered.

When we will refund you

You were charged twice for the same purchase.
Your payment went through but you did not get access, and we can't fix it within 3 working days.
You bought Arc Legend and we can't provide the group or calls you paid for.

How to ask

Email with your payment ID within 7 days of your purchase. If something isn't working, write to us first, because most problems can be fixed the same day.

After a refund

Your app code and download links stop working once a refund is processed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. We start them within 5 working days. Your bank may take 5 to 7 more working days to show the money.

Cancellation

These are one-time purchases with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy.
